Students will learn how to calculate property area and volume, understand real estate appraisal methodology and calculations, perform key financing calculations including interest, amortization, and loan qualification, and conduct investment analyses to evaluate an investment property's income. Emphasis is placed on real-world problem solving and the application of formulas in common scenarios faced by real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, and investors.
