Certification Course 8 CE Credit Hours (TREC)Help veterans and active-duty service members navigate relocation, DoD housing policy, and home financing.
Learn how to:
- Interpret how Department of Defense policies impact service members’ housing
- Guide service members through the permanent change of station (PCS) process
- Explain the basics of Veterans Affairs (VA) financing and connect prospective buyers with VA financing lenders
- Compare military basic allowance for housing (BAH) rates to market area home prices, mortgage rates, and rents

Complete ABR Designation Program
The Complete ABR Designation Program includes the required 15-hour Accredited Buyer’s Representative course and your choice of an approved 8-hour elective course. Together, these two courses will satisfy the education requirement of the ABR Designation.
Please note that some courses that satisfy the elective requirements of the ABR designation are not listed below (or included with the program) because they exceed 8 credit hours. These courses are indicated as ABR electives on their respective pages.

In this method, students must attend all hours in person. This method provides real estate classes that allow students to interact with instructors and peers. This method is beneficial for students who want to study alongside classmates. Students who thrive in conventional school environments will enjoy this method. Course exams are administered on the last day.
Our ChampionsLive!™ virtual classrooms allow students to attend live classes remotely. In this format, classes will be live streamed via Zoom and students will be required to attend on set dates. This delivery method gives you the chance to ask questions and interact with instructors in real time. Each course has instructional assistants that answer questions during the lecture.
