Certification
The Military Relocation Professional certification is a highly-specialized credential awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®. In the required 8-hour course, you’ll learn how to: interpret Department of Defense housing policies, guide service members through the permanent change of station (PCS) process, explain the basics of Veterans Affairs (VA) financing, connect potential buyers with VA financing lenders, and help veterans and active-duty service members through the relocation process. The MRP certification will set you apart from the crowd and indicate your expertise in military relocation.

Step 1: Complete the one-day Military Relocation Professional course at Champions School of Real Estate

Step 2: Pay the one-time credentialing fee of $195 to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)

The Complete ABR Designation Program includes the required 15-hour Accredited Buyer’s Representative course and your choice of an approved 8-hour elective course. Together, these two courses will satisfy the education requirement of the ABR Designation.
Please Note - Some courses that satisfy the elective requirements of the ABR designation are not listed below (or included with the program) because they exceed 8 credit hours. These courses are indicated as ABR electives on their respective pages.
