Part-Time Career Counselor / Office Assistant (Houston)

Location: Houston North Campus - Houston, Texas

Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a part-time Career Counselor/Office Assistant, who is a customer-focused team player to work at our North Houston campus location. This candidate will meet with potential and current students to assist with course selections, assist students with the registration process, handle incoming phone calls for student support, participate in campus career events and marketing initiatives, assist with proctoring exams in the campus testing center, organize classroom materials for instructors, and support the Campus Manager with daily campus activities. Outstanding customer service skills, a superior work ethic, and exceptional multi-tasking abilities are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with students to review available course options
  • Assist students with course registrations and schedules
  • Answer incoming calls for student support
  • Prepare classroom materials for instructors
  • Assist with student class check-in
  • Respond to student email inquiries and follow-up activities
  • Oversee student testing center and proctor exams
  • Participate in campus marketing and events
  • Report course completions to state and national agencies
  • Assist Campus Manager with projects
  • Opening and closing campus duties

Part-Time Course Coordinator (Houston)

Location: Houston North Campus - Houston, Texas

Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a part-time Evening/Weekend Course Coordinator, who is a motivated team player, to work at our Houston North location. This individual will interact and support students taking Champions Live! Broadcast courses. Responsibilities include monitoring classes and student attendance, assisting with student course registrations, providing technology support, and resolving technical issues, answering student questions, proctoring exams, providing clear instructions, organizing class materials, supporting instructors, and working with the Campus Manager on projects. A background in customer service, technology, or education is highly recommended. In addition, a superior work ethic and exceptional communication skills are required for this position.

Social Media Manager (Austin)

Location: Online Campus - Austin, Texas

Champions School of Real Estate is the largest education provider for the real estate industry in Texas. Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a strategically minded Social Media Manager to add to our Austin Team. The position’s goal is to leverage our current social media channels by increasing student and customer engagement while adhering to the Champions School of Real Estate brand and voice. In addition, this position will create content, help grow new audiences, find new strategies to extend the brand and foster meaningful engagement and a sense of community. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should be up to date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and technologies and use metrics to adapt these strategies and improve results. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment within a small team with the occasional entrepreneurial or initiative-taker effort. Experience interacting with department leads and company stakeholders at a privately held, women-owned company.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and execute social media post calendar
  • Develop and maintain brand initiatives, and company awareness and foster a sense of community in social media
  • Write and edit copy for social media with a focus on consistency in tone, voice, and terminology specific to the brand and real estate industry
  • Collaborate with teachers and students to develop success stories throughout different stages of their education and follow up on key milestones
  • Work with campuses and marketing teams to develop and execute creative multimedia posts
  • Assist in the management of live stream content on social channels
  • Develop strategies to increase online engagement, gain new followers, and grow subscribers
  • Reply and moderate all social media interactions on Facebook, Groups, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube,
  • Gather, measure, and analyze data for social media campaigns
  • Stay up to date with latest best practices and technologies
  • Proficient using social media tools such as Later, FB Business, Canva, Link tree, Sprout, Adobe Creative Cloud, and others
  • Experience in Analytics, SEO, CPC, CPM, and email marketing is a bonus

Social Media Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, new media, journalism, or related field
  • 4-5 years’ experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding written communication skills
  • Proficient use of social media scheduling software
  • Experience with running and managing paid ad campaigns on social media platforms
  • Familiarity with monitoring metrics
  • Strong computer skills using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Monday Project management

Required Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (candidates will work at the Austin campus location)
