The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation is designed for Real Estate professionals of all experience levels. Whether working with buyers or sellers, the National Association of REALTORS® Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is designed to improve your skills in creating CMAs, pricing properties, understanding home values, and working with appraisers.

Steps to Earning a PSA Certification

Follow the steps outlined below to satisfy the requirements necessary to earn the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Designation. Click each step for additional information including important resources that you might need along the way.

Step 1 - Complete the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) course.
Complete the one-day PSA class with Champions School of Real Estate®.
Step 2 - Complete two post-class webinars.
Visit http://pricingstrategyadvisor.org/ to complete two 1-hour webinars: Making Adjustments AND Counseling Clients Using Market Stats.
Step 3 - Submit your application and pay the application fee.

Visit https://pricingstrategyadvisor.org to submit your online application and pay your $179.00 application fee.

Please Note - After the initial application fee of $179 is paid, there are no annual certification dues (although you must maintain membership in NAR to use PSA)

Step 4 - Maintain good membership status with the National Association of Realtors (NAR)®.
All tuition fees include your first-year membership dues into designation associations. After your first year, the NAR® dues are $120 per agent. This amount is billed to all active REALTOR® and REALTOR® Associate members through their primary local association and is due by January 1st.
Step 5 - Display your PSA designation logo in your advertisements.
Once you have met all of your designation requirements, and officially been awarded your designation from the NAR, you may call yourself an PSA designee and display the PSA logo on all advertisements.

PSA Certification Course

The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification course is offered as a stand-alone course to anyone wanting to learn more about working with Appraisers and pricing properties. This 8-hour course can also be taken for CE credit in Texas only. Keep in mind that the following course(s) can also be purchased at a discounted rate within the ABR Program below.

This 'Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA' course covers comparative market analyses or CMA's, and their purpose, impact, and terminology. Understand the difference between CMA's and appraisals. This course will prepare you to be able to effectively address concerns about pricing, choosing appropriate comparables, and preparing CMA's as well as working with appraisers.
