Steps to Earning a PSA Certification

Please Note - After the initial application fee of $179 is paid, there are no annual certification dues (although you must maintain membership in NAR to use PSA)
PSA Certification Course
The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification course is offered as a stand-alone course to anyone wanting to learn more about working with Appraisers and pricing properties. This 8-hour course can also be taken for CE credit in Texas only. Keep in mind that the following course(s) can also be purchased at a discounted rate within the ABR Program below.
Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA (PSA)
Learn to understand and interpret Comparative Market Analyses.
This 'Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA' course covers comparative market analyses or CMA's, and their purpose, impact, and terminology. Understand the difference between CMA's and appraisals. This course will prepare you to be able to effectively address concerns about pricing, choosing appropriate comparables, and preparing CMA's as well as working with appraisers.
