This real estate course is intended to satisfy part of the continuing education requirement for Oklahoma Broker licensees and other licensees who wish to meet their CE requirements. This course will introduce student to general licensing requirements, and then discusses broker responsibilities, supervision, place of business, advertising, disclosure requirements, trust accounts, investigations and management skills. Students will also get an opportunity to go over the statutes and rules of the Commission and other related federal laws relating to real estate.

TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures (HOT)

An overview of the changes made to the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms

October 3, 2015 the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) made changes to the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms. This six (6) hour course will give the student an overview of the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms and their changes. This course will take the student step-by-step through each stage of the CFPB forms. Being knowledgeable of CFPB form changes is vital to the agent as s/he conducts real estate.
