First, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for pursuing your Real Estate education with Champions School of Real Estate®. We are proud to offer our students the ability to complete their education online and we understand this may lead to questions regarding the way work is completed and your license is managed. The information below covers many of the key processes related to taking courses online. If you have any questions, please contact us at your convenience.

What to Expect from the Online-Correspondence Method

Champions School of Real Estate® offers a convenient online-correspondence course format which requires you to study the course material at your own pace (materials available in online PDF or textbook format). The quizzes and exams are completed online and can be taken from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Steps to Completing Core Online-Correspondence Courses

1
Login to your ChampionsSchool.com account

From any page on the Champions website, you can click the "Sign In / Create Account" button at the top right corner of your screen. Use your email address as your username and the password you created when creating your profile. If you registered over the phone or in person with a Career Counselor, you can log in using the email address you provided and the password they provided you. If you did not receive a password, you can contact us at your convenience.

Once you are logged in, you can access your course by selecting "My Classes" from the Account Navigation and then clicking the "Access Course" button next to the course you want to work on.

2
Retrieve and Review Course Materials

The "Materials" section of the course includes the downloadable PDF course textbook (if available) and any other required materials. When applicable, physical textbooks are included and can be picked up at the campus or shipped to you for an additional shipping charge. Digital materials can be viewed by clicking the red "View / Review" button next to each listing. Once you have all of the materials, read through the textbook chapter-by-chapter.

3
Complete All Required Chapter Quizzes

After reading each chapter, click the "Homework / Quizzes" tab to access and take the quiz for that chapter. Quizzes must be taken in order and can be accessed by clicking the red "Start" button next to each assignment. A grade of 100% must be achieved on each quiz by answering three questions correctly. If you miss a question, a new question will be presented in its place until you have answered three correctly.

4
Pass the Exam

After completing all exam pre-requisite assignments (modules, quizzes, etc), you will be able to access the final exam. Please note that the exam requirements may differ based on education type and education level. For instance, Real Estate QE/SAE exams are timed (2-hours) and Appraisal QE exams must be proctored.

If you do not finish a timed exam during the required time limit, your exam will be graded as-is when the timer runs out. Exam questions are delivered in sets of 10 and in most cases, , you must receive a 70% or higher to pass.

Exam Retakes (Real Estate 30-Hour Courses) - If you fail the first exam, you must wait three days before you can take the second exam. In the event that you do not pass the second exam, there is a $50.00 retake fee for the course to be reset. You will be given a different set of exams on the 2nd attempt. After 4 failed attempts, you must pay full price to re-enroll for the course and start over.

Exam Timing - Per TREC rules, a 30-hour Qualifying Education (QE) or Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) course exam should not be accessed until the required amount of TREC course hours have been spent in the course. A TREC day is considered 12-hours, therefore a 30-hour course exam should not be accessed until 2.5 days after you have registered for any 30-hour course. If you have registered for multiple 30-hour courses, each subsequent exam should be 2.5 days after you finished the previous exam. We understand that this system can be somewhat confusing so if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

5
Download Your Course Completion Certificate

Once you have passed the course exam, you will be able to download your course certificate from the My Classes page or in the "Post-Class Documentation" section. Champions does NOT report this course electronically so you must email this certificate to TREC (documents@trec.texas.gov) to receive credit.
