Attain the Skills Necessary to Advocate for Senior Clients
By earning the SRES® designation, a REALTOR® has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. This designation will cover important topics such as generational studies, estate planning, reverse mortgages, and more!
Designation courses may not be accepted for Continuing Education (CE) credit outside of Texas. If you are licensed in a state other than Texas, please check with your state licensing agency to find out if CE credit will be awarded for the following Designation course(s) before registering.
The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation course is offered as a standalone course to anyone wanting to ethically serve clients in the fastest growing market in real estate: maturing Americans age 50+. This 14-hour course can also be taken for CE credit in Texas only.
The SRES® is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners. Please Note: A textbook is required to participate in any Live Broadcast class. Please obtain before the first day of class.

ChampionsLive! allows the remote student or office to participate in a class as if they were actually there. Students are required to attend all course hours before being able to access the exam. Once course hours have been attended and quizzes have been completed, the student will then gain access to any exams required for course completion.
