Cory Lime

Cory Lime is a native Texan and has been employed in the real estate industry since the early 1990’s. Growing up in a real estate family provided him the opportunity to start at an early age, and shortly after turning 18 years old, he became a license salesperson. After working in residential sales and property management in his family’s brokerage, he then started working for various governmental agencies between San Antonio and Austin, working for entities such as the City of San Antonio, San Antonio Water System, Texas Department of Transportation, City of Austin, and is currently the Real Estate Manager for the City of San Marcos. Due to his 20+ years of experience in government, Cory’s experience spans the spectrum of real estate from residential to commercial, from farm and ranch to development, from property management to leasing, though his prime focuses are real estate acquisitions (under the threat of eminent domain and voluntary), dispositions, and relocations.

In 2015, Cory obtained an Associate Degree in Real Estate Management from San Antonio College, a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences in Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University Central Texas in 2018 and 2020 respectively. He is a licensed broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission, and a Senior Right of Way Agent with the International Right of Way Association.
