Real Estate Exam Prep course
This course is an essential step for students to complete before signing up for the exam. It covers all necessary material for both the national and state portions of the exam, and the information is applicable both to the real estate and broker exams. In the course, students will review terminology, math problems, and test-taking strategies.
With the course, students also receive several practice exams, which are timed and graded exactly like the real test. The course and practice exams have unlimited retakes up to one year after enrollment.
The course is available in 3 delivery methods:
- Classroom
- ChampionsLive virtual classroom
- Online correspondence
Regardless of delivery method, all Prep students have access to online practice exams. We recommend students pass the mock exam with a 90% before scheduling the real exam.

Virtual Study Halls (ESL Available)
Students who have questions about course material can join study hall sessions in our ChampionsLive virtual classroom for free. All you need is a webcam and a microphone.
Steps to enroll:
- Visit your My Classes page.
- Select Access Course on any real estate or loan class.
- Select Get Started.
- Click the blue dropdown arrow and select Additional Study Tools.
- In the Virtual Study Hall section, select Enroll Now.
- Choose a date and time that works for you, then select Add to Cart.
- At the bottom of the Shopping Cart, select Checkout.
Study halls are held every other Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Spanish-speaking students have access to a virtual ESL study hall. To enroll, follow the same instructions above, but instead select “Enroll Now” In the Virtual Study Hall (ESL) section.

Teacher tutoring
We offer individual tutoring sessions to all students who may need additional support for understanding certain concepts and terminology. To enroll in a tutoring session, visit your “Account” page and select “Tutoring.” Then, view each instructor's specializations and rates, and choose the best fit for your needs.

Real Estate Exam Flashcards app
Available for iOS, the TX Real Estate Exam Flashcards app allows students to prep for the real estate exam on the go. The app includes over 500 terms and definitions that you can mark for later review. With the flashcards organized by national and state exam topics, it is easy to navigate and find any definition or term.

“National and Texas Real Estate Exam” Facebook group
Champions School of Real Estate hosts a Facebook group that students may access for study support. In this group, students can ask questions, connect with driven individuals, receive invaluable support and encouragement, and celebrate their achievements together.
Only Champions students are eligible to join. Students must provide the email tied to their Champions account to be verified.

“The Language of Real Estate” book by John W. Reily
Like an encyclopedia, this book provides comprehensive explanations of real estate terms and concepts. It has nearly 3,000 terms, including essential real estate acronyms. It also has diagrams of home construction styles and guides to real estate laws and organizations. Anyone preparing for the national or state portion of the exam should consider using this book to supplement their study.

“English-Spanish Real Estate Dictionary” by Charles J. Jacobus and Nora Olmos
With nearly 2,000 real estate terms, this two-way dictionary is an invaluable test prep asset for native Spanish speakers. It provides translations for even the most obscure, industry-specific words. And to ensure that no meaning is lost between languages, this dictionary clarifies any situation in which there isn't an equivalent translation. It's helpful for native English speakers, too — the two-way translations will improve your communication with bilingual clients.
