154-Hour Licensed Residential Appraiser Program
154 Credit Hours
This program will provide the student with all of the education required to become an Appraiser Trainee and then upgrade to a Licensed Residential Appraiser in the Virtual Classroom using Zoom.
Real Estate Appraisal Exam Prep
2-Day Course (Not for Credit)
The national exam prep course is an intense preparation course for the Real Estate Appraiser licensing Exam. It is updated regularly and designed to help our students pass the exam on their first attempt!
28-Hour CE Renewal Program
28 Credit Hours
This program provides Real Estate Appraisers with the required 28-hours of Continuing Education required every two years to maintain an active license.
