Steps to Using the Military Appreciation Program

Choose a Program

Before registering for classes, it is best to choose a program, delivery method (Classroom, Online-Correspondence, Live Broadcast, or Home-Study Correspondence), and schedule that is most convenient for you. For instance, in order to earn a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license, you will need to complete the following 6 Qualifying Education courses (We recommend the 6-Course Program + Exam Prep):

  • Principles of Real Estate 1
  • Principles of Real Estate 2
  • Law of Agency
  • Law of Contracts
  • Real Estate Finance 1
  • Promulgated Contract Forms

You can take any of these classes in any of the delivery methods currently available (Classroom, Online-Correspondence, Live Broadcast). To choose a classroom schedule, please view our current catalog and see which dates work best for you.

Prepare to Provide Proof of Eligibility

In order to qualify for the Military Appreciation Program, you must be able to provide proof of eligibility. There are several ways to provide proof of past or current military service:

  • Valid Military ID
  • DD-214 Form (Discharge Papers)
  • Veterans Identification Card (VA ID)
