Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Designation

When service members and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. This course focuses on education real estate professional about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Learn how to provide the real estate services - at any stage in the service member's military career - that meets the needs of this niche market and win future referrals.

MRP certification students must also complete (two) 1-hour webinars available at www.militaryrelocationpro.org and be an NAR member in good standing before submitting an application. The application fee is $195.

PLEASE NOTE

Designation courses may not be accepted for Continuing Education (CE) credit outside of Texas. If you are licensed in a state other than Texas, please check with your state licensing agency to find out if CE credit will be awarded for the following Designation course(s) before registering.

Steps to Earning an MRP Designation

Complete the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) course.
Complete the one-day MRP class with Champions School of Real Estate®.

2
Complete two post-class webinars.
Visit http://militaryrelocationpro.org/ to complete two 1-hour webinars: VA Home Purchase Financing and Options for Disabled Service Members and Veterans AND VA Compromise Sale.

3
Submit your application and pay the application fee.
Visit https://csreportal.ramcoams.org/ to submit your online application and pay the $195.00 application fee.

Maintain good membership status with the National Association of Realtors (NAR)®.
All tuition fees include your first-year membership dues into designation associations. After your first year, the NAR® dues are $120 per agent. This amount is billed to all active REALTOR® and REALTOR® Associate members through their primary local association and is due by January 1st.

Display your MRP designation logo in your advertisements.
Once you have met all of your designation requirements, and officially been awarded your designation from the NAR, you may call yourself an MRP designee and display the MRP logo on all advertisements.

MRP Certification Course

ABR Designation Program

Package Description:

This Texas Real Estate program includes the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation and your choice of one of three possible Certifications for a total of $280. Together, these two Designations equal up to 25 TREC elective credit hours which can be used for Continuing Education (CE), Broker's hours, or general Designation education! In order to receive your ABR designation, you are required to successfully complete one elective course that is accepted by REBAC within 36 months of completion of the ABR course. Any of these three elective courses meet that requirement.
