Champions School of Real Estate announced that Human Resources director Debi Bliazis has ascended within the company to the role of Vice President, effective immediately.
After nearly a decade with Champions School of Real Estate, CEO/Founder Rita Santamaria and President Kimberly Dydalewicz surprised Bliazis with the announcement at the company's 2019 statewide annual retreat held in Austin, Texas.
Bliazis, who was recognized as Champions School of Real Estate's Employee of the Year in 2016, oversees all human resources responsibilities for new and current employees. She is based in Houston and offices out of Champions School of Real Estate's Houston North campus. She is the second Vice President named to the company, following Online Campus Manager Curt Knobloch’s promotion to Vice President in 2017.
"As we continue our nationwide expansion, our team is continuously growing and it's important to us that our award-winning Champions culture grows with us. Debi has excelled at finding the right people to join our Champions 'work family,' said Rita Santamaria, founder, and CEO of Champions School of Real Estate. Announcing Debi's promotion to Vice President in front of our statewide team at this year's Annual Company Retreat Awards dinner was a fun and very well-deserved surprise!"
Outside of Champions School of Real Estate, Bliazis is an avid athlete who has participated in several races, including the Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Texas Triathlon. She has shared her passion for healthy living through the implementation of a company-wide Wellness Program that encourages employees to participate in healthy lifestyle activities. Bliazis and her husband reside in The Woodlands, Texas.
