We are so pleased to introduce Sarah Heihn, Champions School of Real Estate’s new Technical Support Counselor within our Online Team division!
Sarah has joined us as a technical support counselor and will work with the online team to handle online phone calls, online chats, RealEd database management and other tasks. With over 15 years experience in customer service/relations, Sarah will be an integral part of supporting our students, counselors, and our students nation-wide.

1. We are very excited to have you at Champions – what is it about Champions School of Real Estate that drew you in to join our team?
“I love to help people! When I first heard about the position, I thought that this would be a perfect fit. Not only would it allow me to do what I love, but it gives me a chance to play a part in someone’s success story! How amazing is that?”
2. Tell us a little bit about your background and what brought you to your new role at Champions.
”I have over 15 years of customer service experience and 10 years management experience. My background includes phone support, online support, customer retention, and much more. This position gives me an opportunity to use all of my customer service skills that I have honed over the years.”
3. Share three things – little–known facts, random trivia, etc. – that we’d be surprised to learn about you.
“a) I have four nephews (ages four & under), and I am ridiculously addicted to them. I love being their Aunt!
b) I was born in Texas but grew up in Los Alamos, NM: Home of the WWII Atomic Bomb
c) My favorite way to relax is to go fishing. I will go anytime: morning, noon, or night. My favorite fishing spot: Horrace Caldwell Pier in Port Aransas, TX at 1 AM. You can see everything in the ocean at that time of morning. It’s perfect!”
