Continuing Education (CE) Classes
Champions Now Offers Real Estate Appraiser Continuing Education (CE) in California!
Effective January 1, 2020, the bureau will now issue an upgraded license for two (2) years and restart the Continuing Education (CE) Cycle. In order to upgrade a credential, additional education requirements will be required to verify compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Applicants will be required to show proof that they have completed the seven (7) hour Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) update course (or its equivalent) within the past two (2) calendar years (i.e. same year application to upgrade was received or the prior calendar year). Applicants will be required to show proof that they have completed the four (4) hour California state and federal laws course within the last four (4) years of the application received date.
