How to Reset Your Password

Champions School of Real Estate® strives to provide students with a secure online portal in which to register and work on their online coursework. When creating an account, you will be asked to create a password that will be necessary to access your account in the future. The following instructions should help if you find that you have forgotten your password or simply want to update it for security purposes.

Forgot your Password (Logged Out)

If you forgetten your password, click on the "Log In / Sign Up" link in the main navigation bar at the top of your screen. Enter the email address associated with your Champions account into the empty field and click the "Submit" button below. Our automated system will email you a temporary password within moments. You can then use this password to access your account and update your permanent password using the Change Password link in the "My Account" portion of the main navigation bar at the top of your screen.

If your temporary password does not arrive within several minutes of the request or if your temporary password does not work, please contact our online campus at 1-800-969-2599 so that we can reset your password over the phone.

Change Your Password (Logged In)

If you are successfully logged into your online account and wish to update your password, click on the "Change Password" link in the "My Account" portion of the main navigation bar at the top of your screen. It will direct you to the portion of the Profile screen where you can create a new password. Simply enter your desired password in the "Set Password" and "Confirm Password" fields (make sure both entries match) and click the update button at the bottom.

Choosing a Good Password

Protecting your passwords is always a good idea. When choosing a good password, be sure to make it first something you can remember and second something that is not so obvious that someone could guess it easily. It is also highly recommended that you always try to use a symbol and a number in all of your passwords. For example, if your password is "password," you should add a dollar sign and a zero instead of a, s, or an o. Example: Pa$$w0rd
