The Houston 1960 Campus is where it all began. It is the largest of our Texas Campuses and has been in existence since 1983. The Houston 1960 Campus provides classes for all real estate professionals including appraisal, home inspection, loan origination and real estate sales and brokerage. We are now offering professional development courses such as dining etiquette and Secrets to Becoming Tech Savvy. Plus, you might even get to experience a Rita Santamaria, owner of Champions School of Real Estate, sighting!
