Complete one SRS elective course.

Provide documentation verifying 5 completed transactions in which you acted solely as a seller representative (no dual agency).®.

Maintain an active membership status as an SRS and with the National Association of REALTORS®.

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)


By earning the SRS® designation, a REALTOR® has demonstrated that they possess the necessary knowledge to apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want.

Attend this Course to Learn the Following:
  • Increase listings and grow your business.
  • Demonstrate and communicate your value package to seller clients.
  • Understand and apply the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
  • Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers.


SRS Designation Program - you have two years from the course date to complete all requirements:
  • Successfully complete an approved elective course
  • Proof of 5 completed transactions: Submit documentation for five (5) closed transactions in which you functioned solely as a seller representative
  • Complete and submit the SRS Designation Application
  • Maintain designee status with SRS: Your first year is FREE and begins on your designation date. Renewal for every year thereafter is $99
  • Must maintain membership with the National Association of REALTORS®
