Designation (ABR)
Show your clients that you are an expert in representing buyers with the designation that says it all. Why take an ABR class?

- Your name is in the REBAC Relocation Directory distributed to over 1,600 corporations
- You will have confidence in your ability to offer client-level services to your buyers
- Learn how to use the Buyer Representation Agreement without fear of rejection
- Understand retainer fees, hourly fees, transaction fees and how to earn them
- Take the 15-hour ABR course from Champions
- Take an additional 8-hour course accepted by REBAC from Champions within 36-months
- Show evidence that you have represented 5 buyers within in a 36-month period. REBAC will hold the application open for 36-months for new people wanting to get their ABR. You can take the class anytime, even prior to becoming a Realtor®
