ABOUT THIS COURSE:
As one of the mandatory pre-licensing courses, this foundational course will enable the agent to better understand the contracts and addenda. It will takes a hands-on approach to filling in the blanks with the correct information through individual case studies using example TREC and TAR forms. This course enables the student to have self-confidence when working with buyers and sellers by understanding correct contract procedures.

This course includes case studies, example forms, quizzes, homework and exams, all designed to enable you to target the most relevant topics and thoroughly understand of the materials.
