Texas Real Estate SAE Package allows you to register for two 30-hour courses to fulfill your SAE continuing education requirements. This package applies only to those salespersons who became licensed after January 1, 2006 and are entering their first year of continuing education requirements. You can choose any two 30-hour courses that you have not previously taken in any course format you desire. If you are not sure which course delivery method is best for you, we allow you to mix and match the course delivery methods so you can determine which is best for you.

If you were licensed before January 1, 2006 and are in your first, second or third year renewal, you can select any 30-hour course that you have not already taken previously in a 3-year period.
