ABOUT THIS PROGRAM:

The 200 hour Certified Residential Appraiser Program is $1,999. This program price includes the ten courses required to meet the educational requirements to become a Certified Residential Appraiser. In addition, you must also have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university and Provide 2,500 hours of acceptable and verifiable appraisal experience acquired over a minimum of 24 months (2 years). Experience may be acquired anytime during the appraiser's career when that person had legal authority to perform real estate appraisals.
