Loan Originator Enrollment Policy
Loan Originator Prelicense Requirements
Licensees must complete 20 hours of Nationwide Mortgage License System (NMLS) Approved Education.
- 20 hours of SAFE Comprehensive training
Continuing Education Requirements
Licensees must complete 15 hours of Savings and Mortgage Lending Department Approved Education.
- 8 hours of Core (preferably including 2 hours of Ethics)
- 7 hours of either CE or Core

MU1-Establishing a sole proprietorship, company, limited partnership, or limited liability company record: $100
MU2-Establishing a control person or direct/indirect owner record): No charge

MU4-Establishing a mortgage loan originator record: $30
