The purpose of this dynamic real estate course is to assist new real estate agents in developing skills and knowledge required for a successful career in the Texas real estate industry. New Texas real estate agents who take this real estate course will be better equipped to practice ethically and effectively. The course material addresses current techniques and approaches for a long-term successful career in the Texas real estate industry. This course is approved for 30-hours of credit toward meeting your real estate license requirements and provides step-by-step guidance to starting up and maintaining your Texas real estate business. This real estate course presents cases of the right and wrong way of doing real estate business and practical approaches of developing systems and processes. The real estate standards of practice and code of ethics is emphasized throughout each phase of business. There are multiple-choice quizzes for each session and classroom exercises to allow student to demonstrate mastery of this real estate course material. This real estate class is available in classroom format only.
