ABOUT THIS COURSE:
This course is designed to provide the student with an overview of the IRC Codes as they relate to the various building systems involved in Real Property and which mirror the Texas Standards of Practice for performing Real Estate Inspections. This course includes 10 hours each in Electrical, Mechanical & 15 hrs in Structural.

This course includes discussion questions, terminology, homework and exams, all designed to enable you to target the most relevant topics and thorough understanding of the materials.
