This course is designed to reinforce what was covered in Phase I and further introduce the student to the Texas Standards of Practice concerning Roof, Grading and Drainage and the Interior and Exterior of the home.

This course includes discussion questions, terminology, homework and exams, all designed to enable you to target the most relevant topics and thorough understanding of the materials.
