Foundations
There are eleven courses that make up the 200-Hour Inspector pre-licensing course. This course is one of eleven courses needed. Upon completion of this course you will be awarded 30 hours of credit that will be applied towards the 200-hour inspector pre-licensing course. There will be one-homework for each of the eleven courses you register to take. When you have successfully completed all eleven homework, you will then be required to take one 200-Hour exam that encompasses the material from all eleven inspector pre-licensing courses. To gain access to this exam, you must call 800-969-2599. Once it has been verified that you have completed all eleven homework you will then be granted access to the 200-Hour exam.

ABOUT THIS COURSE:
This course provides the student with an understanding of the requirements concerning the foundation systems, grading, and drainage, including footing size, depth, slope, and performance of existing systems.

This course includes discussion questions, terminology, homework, and exams, all designed to enable you to target the most relevant topics and thorough understanding of the materials.
