5-Course Real Estate Agent Prep Package is our basic package including our real estate pre-licensing, State Exam Prep course, and practice Prep CD. If you have at least 6 semester hours of college credit in TREC approved courses http://www.trec.state.tx.us/education/related.asp or a college degree, this package allows you to complete your 4 mandatory courses (Principles 1, Principles II, Law of Agency and Law of Contracts), one 30-Hour elective and our Real Estate Prep course in any course format you desire. If you are not sure which course delivery method is best for you, we allow you to mix and match the course delivery methods so you can determine which is best for you.

Our intensive Real Estate Prep course is similar to the state and national portions of the Texas State Exam and is updated regularly to ensure the best chance for a high passing rate on your very first attempt.
