5-Course Real Estate Agent Basic Package is our most basic package but also the one that gives you the student the most flexibility. If you have at least 6 semester hours of college credit in TREC approved courses http://www.trec.state.tx.us/education/related.asp or a college degree, this package allows you to complete your 4 mandatory courses (Principles 1, Principles II, Law of Agency and Law of Contracts) and one 30-Hour elective in any course format you desire. If you are not sure which course delivery method is best for you, we allow you to mix and match the course delivery methods so you can determine which is best for you.

When registering for this package you will not only save $110 but we also provide you the greatest flexibility by allowing you to choose from any of our available course formats and select your courses at any time after registration.
