Career Counselor – San Antonio, TX

Champions School of Real Estate is seeking a Career Counselor, who is a self-starter to work at our San Antonio, TX campus. This individual will meet with potential and current students to assist with course selections and student registrations, be the primary point of contact to support student questions and concerns, handle incoming phone calls for phone registrations and inquiries, assist with campus career events and marketing initiatives, manage correspondence testing center, organize classroom materials for instructors, and support the Campus Manager with daily activities. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a background in sales/marketing or real estate.

Position Qualifications:

1. Strong interpersonal communication skills
2. Experienced in sales/marketing, in person and on the phone
3. Must have excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
4. Professional Appearance
5. Great work ethic and attention to detail; with the ability to organize
6. Time management
7. Associates Degree or higher
8. Excellent computer/technology skills
9. Team player and ability to motivate others
10. Enjoys working with general public
11. Dependable with stable work history
